With over two decades of experience in childcare and community leadership, DeShonda has turned her passion into profit—earning over $250,000 in a single year in the childcare industry. She is the proud owner of a thriving home daycare in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and a mentor to aspiring childcare business owners. As a former Girl Scout Troop Leader of 24+ years and a VA PTA/PTSA member, DeShonda knows firsthand that raising strong children truly takes a village.
