DeShonda’s training is powerful, but her course and conferences take it to a whole new level! I came in clueless about starting a business, and her course broke everything down step-by-step. It’s easy to follow, packed with detail, and perfect for beginners. Highly recommend for anyone tired of guessing!

First, I would like to say thank you, because of you I was able to have the confidence and momentum to proceed in being a Child Care provider. Your Daycare helped me to get back in the swing of things and helped me with paperwork. I am where I am because of your help.

DeShonda is a powerful, passionate speaker who shows up with integrity, confidence, and preparation. She inspires action through her events and always delivers valuable insights. As a leader, friend, and business partner, she sets the bar high. Every event I’ve attended left me motivated, empowered, and excited for the next one.
